Purpose of the Job
As part of the company Young Professional Program of the company, our company would like to teach/train fresh graduates who are eager to learn. Through the mentioned opportunity, our company presents a learning opportunity of solid understanding about coffee export.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
• Assist in selling products by establishing contact and developing relationships and recommending solutions.
• Assist in planning and implementing personal sales strategy for the assigned sales territory/ customer segment.
• Maintain relationships with customers by providing support, information, and guidance.
• Identify product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
• Interact regularly with customers through convenient means (i.e. cold and warm calls, email, etc.).
• Prioritize and/or escalate lead and customer questions as needed.
• Receiving and answering customer inquiries and issues.
Job Qualification
● Education Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Management, Marketing Management, Agriculture, in other related fields of study with a G.P.A of 3.00 and above.
● Work Experience: No work experience is required.
● Excellent communication skills, verbal and written in Amharic and English.
● Willingness to learn & explore things.
● Detail oriented.

about commodity trading/export.
