We are looking for an experienced Planning Manager to lead the end-to-end planning function of our PPE manufacturing operation. The role is responsible for aligning demand forecasting, production planning, material availability, inventory optimization, and capacity planning to ensure smooth operations and sustainable business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and S&OP processes
- Develop and manage production plans and schedules
- Oversee demand forecasting and material requirements planning (MRP)
- Ensure raw material availability and supply continuity
- Optimize inventory levels and working capital
- Support capacity planning, expansion, and investment decisions
- Monitor planning KPIs and provide management reports
Requirements:
- BSc in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations Management, or related field (master’s preferred)
- 8–12 years of experience in manufacturing planning, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
- Strong experience in ERP/MRP systems (SAP or equivalent)
- Background in PPE, plastics, or industrial manufacturing is an advantage
- Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills
