Job Title: Facility and Property Manager
Location: Horra Corporate Group HQ
Reports To: HR Facility and Property Admi. Director

Job Summary

The Facility and Property Manager is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation, maintenance, safety, and facility and property management of the corporate office. The role focuses on managing service providers, maintaining compliance, and creating a safe, clean, and functional working environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily facility operations, including maintenance, repairs, security, utilities and cleaning services

  • Negotiate, manage, and follow up with outsourced service providers (security, cleaning, maintenance, etc.)

  • Manage office space, assets, and workplace layout

  • Implement preventive maintenance and ensure timely repairs

  • Supervise security staff and coordinate with security service providers

  • Monitor cleaning services to maintain workplace hygiene and standards

  • Handle utility related issues by coordinating with relevant service offices (electricity, water, telecom)

  • Manage facility and property related payments, invoices, and budget tracking

  • Oversee insurance matters and follow up on policy renewals

  • Ensure timely renewal of company vehicle documents, title deeds, licenses, and permits

  • Maintain proper records of contracts, compliance documents, and maintenance activities

  • Conduct regular inspections to ensure safety, cleanliness, and proper maintenance

  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements

  • Respond promptly to facility issues and emergencies

  • Handle emergencies and prepare performance reports

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, or related field

  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience, of which at least 3 years in managerial level

  • Knowledge of building systems and property management practices
