Purpose of the Job:

To effectively reach the target groups of the Company through the social media and electronic communication channels by implementing integrated marketing communication and building a sustainable company identity and image.  

 

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

         Receive, count, and record finished consumable materials. 

         Examine and inspect stock items for wear or defects and report any damage to supervisors.  

         Mark stock items using identification tags, stamps, or other labelling equipment.  

         Verify inventory computations by comparing them to physical counts of stock, and investigate discrepancies or adjust errors.  

         Issue or distribute materials and parts, to users based on information from incoming requisitions.

         Determine sequence and release of back orders according to stock availability.

         Receive and file dispatched orders.

         Get receipt signature from a driver transporting the orders.

         Maintain clean work areas.  

Job Qualifications

·        Education Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Logistics and Supply Chain Management, and in other related disciplines.                                 

·        Work Experience: A minimum of 4 (four) years of demonstrated work experience as a Storekeeper.

·        Experience in using store management enterprise software solutions

·        Excellent communication skills.

·        Fluency in Amharic and English, written and verbal is highly required.
