Job Purpose
The CKD Inventory Control & Dispatch Officer is responsible for managing and controlling CKD (Completely Knocked Down) parts and materials inventory, ensuring accurate stock records, proper storage, timely dispatch, and effective coordination of materials required for vehicle assembly and related operations.
Responsibilities
· Monitor and control CKD parts and materials inventory.
· Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records in the system.
· Receive CKD shipments and verify quantities, specifications, and supporting documents.
· Ensure proper identification, labeling, coding, and storage of CKD parts.
· Monitor stock levels and identify shortages, excess stock, slow-moving, and damaged items.
· Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile physical stock with system records.
· Ensure CKD materials are properly arranged and stored to prevent damage, loss, or deterioration.
· Maintain an organized and safe warehouse/store environment.
· Coordinate the movement of CKD parts within the warehouse and production areas.
· Ensure proper handling of sensitive automotive parts and materials.
· Monitor storage capacity and recommend improvements where necessary.
Qualifications
· BA Accounting, Automotive Technology & Supply Management
· Minimum 6 years of relevant work experience in Store Management, Inventory Control, Warehouse Management, CKD Parts Management, or Dispatch Operations.
· Experience in an automotive manufacturing, vehicle assembly, or spare-parts environment is highly desirable.
