Vacant Position: Cashier  

Required Headcount: 1

Employment Type: Full Time

Salary: As per the company scale

Duty Station: Horra Corporate Group HQ, Addis Ababa 

Duties and responsibilities: 

  • Greet customers warmly and assist with inquiries.

  • Process payment transaction in cash, POS System and mobile banking.

  • Issue receipts and handle documents related with transactions.

  • Handle and keep record of daily transaction, credits and alike.

  • Oversee payment of credit-based transactions.

  • Conduct balance reconciliation at the end of each working day with Finance.

  • Collect customers’ grievances and notify Café Supervisor. 

  • Perform other duties as requested.

Job Qualification

  • Education Qualification:

  • Level II in Accounting or above

  • Work Experience & Competency:

  • At least 2 (two) years of demonstrated work experience.

  • Sound financial acumen.

  • Experience in CNET System.  

  • Highly versatile.

  • Experience of working in a hospitality (café or restaurant) sector is preferred.

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Superior customer handling skill.
