     Purpose of the Job:

To generate revenue by translating after sales strategy into operational plan and defining short term sales targets and resource use.   

Job Description

·         Translate aftersales sales strategy into operational plan by defining short term targets and resource use.   

·         Monitor that customers receive excellent after sales service.

·         Provide spare parts specification and orders in a timely manner.

·         Liaise with Logistics and monitor spare part purchase progress and deliveries.

·         Monitor the implementation of after sales strategies or techniques, and assess agents are provided with the right support and training.

·         Monitor after sales transaction.

·         Develop and implement the division’s plans and objectives.

·         Develop, approve and monitor the division’s budgets.

·         Identify human resources requirements of the Department and develop plan for meeting the requirements.

·         Develop, implement and review relevant departmental policies and procedures.

·         Review, approve and submit Departmental reports to relevant organs. 

·         Support the development of subordinates through periodic performance evaluations, coaching, mentoring, ongoing performance dialogue and feedback.

·         Manage disciplinary concerns of the Department’s staff. 

·         Represent the Department in internal and external relationships.

·         Participate in group decision making process by forming part of different groups/committees. 

 

Qualification and Experience:

Master’s degree in Marketing Management, Electrical Engineer Business Administration or related fields with four (4) years of demonstrated experience out of which two (2) years in a supervisory position OR Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Management, Business Administration or related fields with six (6) years of demonstrated experience of which three (3) years in a supervisory position.
